Muxaro sits on land owned within our group. It is one of our assets across Italy, providing a site we control for the first deployment and future phases.

02Power we generate.

Our solar generation is already operating at Muxaro. We own the generation assets alongside the planned AI factory.

The campus targets approximately 40% of its total annual energy needs from our own behind-the-meter clean power, complemented by grid supply.

03Grid access. Secured.

We own the site’s grid-connection infrastructure, and grid access for the first allocation is already secured. The physical connection is in place.

Muxaro’s first deployment uses this existing connection, avoiding the need to develop a new grid connection from scratch.

Owned land, operating generation and an existing grid connection let us focus on delivering the AI factory: modular facilities, GPU installation and commissioning.

Reusing these foundations avoids the long lead times associated with developing a new site-level energy connection. It is the starting point for our first allocation.
